Guiding Principles
The Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD) team is an advocate for our workplace vision by example and through the guidance and support we provide. We understand that University administrators at all levels are responsible for leading and managing their faculty and staff. Our role is to work with them in strategic partnership, supporting them in carrying out their management responsibilities.
